I’ve spent the past 30 years working with challenging kids and overwhelmed parents, plus raising my own “tough assignments.”
I know what it looks and feels like when parenting is extra hard. You want to raise your kids in a positive, connected way — but books, blogs, and DIY courses aren’t enough. The stress, frustration, and guilt are crushing.
I needed a better way.
In a moment of desperation, I asked myself, “What would I do if parenting was a sport?” My whole mindset shifted, things started to change, and Calm Heart Parenting was born.
Taking everything I knew as a teacher, mom, athletic coach, elite athlete, and professional life coach, I developed a new approach that has worked for me and thousands of parents along the way.
At Calm Heart Parenting, the mission is simple: empowering parents to be the parent they deeply long to be, by bringing out the calm heart in everyone.
It’s our honor to help parents become calmer and happier, and we’d be honored to help you, too.
